Embedding Flower

In the springtime on April 1960, some seeds were sprinkle across Texas soil and rose an African American child.  I have no recollection of my infancy, except the stories that my older sister gladly shared with me. At the time, there were only me and my older sister and she shares a tale of me gazing out the window, saying that the wind is blowing. I don't remember how old I was, but I do know that I had not learn to walk. Interesting enough, that wind begins a journey, that will effect the rest of my life.

Just like Jesus, my life was an blur and in that same month April 1984, I was baptized in Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, and I am on a plane the following weeks, to Los Angeles. It's not until 24 years later I set off on a course to follow Jesus in Kenya Africa.
